The differences between lesson plans in the Philippines and in Indonesia are, in Indonesia you have to do many parts such as, modules for teaching, assessment, and student activities, as well as student activity sheets. Lesson Plan in the Philippines only need one section to fully cover the assessment and practice activities.
The structure of the lesson plan is also very different, the module in Indonesia is only for the teacher's guide to teach while in the Philippines it is made into two sections where the teacher has to consider what answers will be asked when we interact during the lesson
I think the lesson plan in the Philippines is more practical, easy and effective, because everything is already together and simple, we also know and have an idea of how students will answer questions and do activities during learning.
LESSON PLAN

The lesson plan in English consists of three parts only. The pre, while, and post lesson. Attached herewith is the link of lesson plans that I made during my demonstration teaching in 5th and 6th grade classes with subject Mathematics.
